Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior coaching or athletic experience with children aged walking to 11 years old
  • Passion for child development and education
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain
  • Availability for flexible scheduling including part-time or full-time shifts
  • Ability to maintain a high level of energy and engagement during class sessions

Job Qualifications

  • Athletic background with at least 3 years of team participation or coaching experience
  • Experience coaching children from walking age to 11 years old
  • Strong passion for working with children
  • Excellent communication skills with parents and guardians
  • Ability to maintain high energy and engaging presence during classes
  • Mentorship experience with excellent interpersonal skills
  • CPR certified or willingness to become certified
  • Professional demeanor with commitment to consistent excellence
  • Ability to form deep relationships with families and communicate program knowledge

Job Duties

  • Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old
  • Understand and communicate the KidStrong curriculum with enthusiasm
  • Achieve Coach Certification and continue skill development through training programs
  • Create positive and engaging interactions with families before, during, and after class
  • Ensure classes run smoothly and on time
  • Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong programs
  • Coach classes, camps, movie nights, and other activities as needed
  • Assist in community events and center initiatives
  • Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of the center
