Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license that meets organizational insurance requirements
- Must be able to pass all background checks successfully
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Additional coursework or training in child welfare, social work, psychology, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of one year of experience working with children or adolescents in child welfare, residential, or behavioral health setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Understanding of trauma-informed care principles
Job Duties
- Provide direct supervision and support to youth throughout their daily routines
- Foster a nurturing, stable, and culturally responsive environment
- Guide positive behavior and emotional growth
- Ensure safety and well-being through structured activities and consistent supervision
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote healing and resilience
- Help youth build confidence, independence, and a sense of belonging
