Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license that meets organizational insurance requirements
  • Must be able to pass all background checks successfully

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Additional coursework or training in child welfare, social work, psychology, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of one year of experience working with children or adolescents in child welfare, residential, or behavioral health setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Understanding of trauma-informed care principles

Job Duties

  • Provide direct supervision and support to youth throughout their daily routines
  • Foster a nurturing, stable, and culturally responsive environment
  • Guide positive behavior and emotional growth
  • Ensure safety and well-being through structured activities and consistent supervision
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote healing and resilience
  • Help youth build confidence, independence, and a sense of belonging
