Job Requirements

  • Be a minimum age of 18 years
  • Possess current CPR and First Aid certifications
  • Must be creative, innovative, outgoing and a team player
  • Have the ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community
  • Knowledge and experience in leading organizational change
  • Ability to handle multiple priority projects and meet established deadlines and deliverables with quick turn-around

Job Duties

  • Administer quality Youth and Family program operations
  • Maintain Youth and Family areas
  • Organize and execute age-appropriate activities for children
  • Supervise and participate with children during group activities
  • Provide age-appropriate discipline that respects children
  • Enforce YMCA policies and procedures
  • Attend program planning, staff, and training meetings
  • Participate in community partnerships and events
