Job Requirements
- Be a minimum age of 18 years
- Possess current CPR and First Aid certifications
- Demonstrated creativity and innovation
- Ability to work well in a team
- Effective interpersonal skills to relate to diverse community members
- Knowledge and experience in organizational change leadership
- Capacity to handle multiple priority projects with timely delivery

Job Duties
- Administer youth and family programs including birthday parties, Parents Night Out, and field trips
- Organize and execute age-appropriate activities for children
- Supervise and participate with children during all group activities
- Provide age-appropriate discipline that maintains respect for the child
- Enforce YMCA policies and procedures while building positive relationships with community partnerships
- Participate in community partnerships and represent the YMCA at community events
- Attend program planning, staff, and training meetings
