Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience working with children
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain safety and uphold club policies
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform duties including standing, walking, lifting up to 30 lbs
- Familiarity with youth behavior management
- Commitment to punctuality and reliability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED equivalent or higher
- Experience working with children
- College Degree in Children's Education is preferred
- CPR and First Aid Certificate

Job Duties
- Maintain active focus on all children, providing caring, energetic attention and consistent direction
- Contribute to marketing and communication efforts including calendars, flyers, and digital content
- Serve as a warm and knowledgeable point of contact for parents and guardians, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service
- Work closely with the Youth Activities Manager to develop, schedule, and execute a robust youth activities program including daily activities, themed experiences, holiday events, sports, arts and crafts, and educational components
- Supervise and interact with youth ages 4-16, ensuring safety and well-being at all times
- Support seasonal camps (summer, spring, holidays) including registration, scheduling, group logistics, and staffing
- Accurately complete procedures for registration, daily sign-in/out, cleanliness, and safety
