Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Valid driver’s license from the applicable state
- Able to work effectively under pressure, maintaining composure while quickly evaluating situations and determining the best course of action
- A strong communicator who listens actively to understand concerns raised by coworkers and guests, and effectively conveys ideas and solutions

Job Duties
- Guide the Rooms Division team with clarity and confidence, creating a culture where excellence and top-tier service are the norm
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing crew
- Tackle challenges before they become problems and keep communication flowing with guests, team members, and other departments
- Manage budgets, analyze performance, and ensure staffing and systems operate efficiently
- Oversee Front Office, Concierge, Guest Recognition, PBX, Housekeeping, Valet Laundry, and Valet Parking operations
