Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hotel or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible and long hours
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently
- Ability to stand during entire shifts
- Effective communication skills

- Attendance at required meetings and trainings

Job Duties
- Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times
- Be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to guests, managers, and employees
- Set up the bar according to hotel standards
- Prepare beverages and cocktails per hotel mixing and presentation standards
- Serve guests with beverage requirements professionally
- Break down bar post-functions and store supplies properly
- Follow all state liquor laws
- Know hotel services and facilities
- Abide by hotel policies and safety rules
- Serve liquor responsibly to avoid issues with intoxicated guests
- Respond to guest problems, complaints, and accidents
- Be familiar with fire exit and extinguisher locations and usage
- Keep bar and service areas clean during service
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
