Job Description

Young Life is a globally recognized Christian non-profit organization dedicated to reaching out to adolescents through evangelism and discipleship. Job Requirements

  • College degree preferred
  • Completion of at least two years as a Young Life Staff Associate
  • Completion of core training and YoungLives specific trainings
  • Participation in mission-wide staff conferences
  • Adherence to Young Life's Statement of Faith
  • Ability to work 10-20 hours weekly
  • Willingness to participate in additional training and continuing education
  • Commitment to uphold Young Life policies and standards

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven leadership and relational skills with adolescents and adults
  • Understanding of the unique challenges faced by pregnant and parenting teen moms

  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach
  • Ability to travel as required

Job Duties

  • Develop and sustain spiritual growth and church relationships within the ministry
  • Lead, recruit, and train volunteers including mentors and childcare providers
  • Raise financial support and maintain donor relations
  • Plan and implement direct ministry activities such as clubs, Campaigners meetings, and camping strategies
  • Adhere to Young Life policies including health and safety and administrative duties
  • Manage finances and maintain accurate ministry records
  • Set and review strategic ministry plans and initiatives regularly
