Job Description
Young Life is a globally recognized Christian non-profit organization dedicated to reaching out to adolescents through evangelism and discipleship. Job Requirements
- College degree preferred
- Completion of at least two years as a Young Life Staff Associate
- Completion of core training and YoungLives specific trainings
- Participation in mission-wide staff conferences
- Adherence to Young Life's Statement of Faith
- Ability to work 10-20 hours weekly
- Willingness to participate in additional training and continuing education
- Commitment to uphold Young Life policies and standards

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven leadership and relational skills with adolescents and adults
- Understanding of the unique challenges faced by pregnant and parenting teen moms

- Ability to travel as required
Job Duties
- Develop and sustain spiritual growth and church relationships within the ministry
- Lead, recruit, and train volunteers including mentors and childcare providers
- Raise financial support and maintain donor relations
- Plan and implement direct ministry activities such as clubs, Campaigners meetings, and camping strategies
- Adhere to Young Life policies including health and safety and administrative duties
- Manage finances and maintain accurate ministry records
- Set and review strategic ministry plans and initiatives regularly
