Job Requirements
- Completion of at least two years as a Staff Associate
- Completion of phase one core training as a Staff Associate
- Attendance at YoungLives and regional trainings as directed
- Participation in missionwide staff conference every four years
- Pursuit of continuing educational opportunities
- College degree preferred
- Completion of training as determined by supervisor

Job Duties
- Develop a yearly personal spiritual growth plan
- Seek and maintain church community relationships
- Lead teams and individuals in spiritual development
- Recruit and train mentors, childcare and other volunteers
- Participate in area leadership and meetings
- Raise financial support and maintain donor care
- Plan and implement regular outreach meetings and summer camping programs
