Job Requirements

  • Completion of at least two years as a Staff Associate
  • Completion of phase one core training as a Staff Associate
  • Attendance at YoungLives and regional trainings as directed
  • Participation in missionwide staff conference every four years
  • Pursuit of continuing educational opportunities
  • College degree preferred
  • Completion of training as determined by supervisor

Job Duties

  • Develop a yearly personal spiritual growth plan
  • Seek and maintain church community relationships
  • Lead teams and individuals in spiritual development
  • Recruit and train mentors, childcare and other volunteers
  • Participate in area leadership and meetings
  • Raise financial support and maintain donor care
  • Plan and implement regular outreach meetings and summer camping programs
