Young Life is a well-established Christian ministry dedicated to reaching out to adolescents and young adults through relational ministry that fosters spiritual growth and community support. Job Requirements
- Completion of at least two years as a Staff Associate
- Participation in core and YoungLives specific training
- Ability to work full-time
- College degree preferred
- Completion of supervisor-determined training
- Mature Christian faith
- Experience or training in trauma-informed care preferred

Job Duties
- Develop and sustain YoungLives ministries in the local area
- Foster spiritual development through prayer, reflection, and church involvement
- Lead and mentor volunteers including mentors, childcare workers, and committee members
- Recruit and train volunteer leadership teams
- Raise financial support and manage donor relations
- Organize and lead YoungLives clubs, Campaigners meetings, and camping programs
- Maintain accurate ministry records and ensure adherence to health and safety policies
