Job Requirements
- Seven years of relevant food and beverage management experience
- experience working in high-end hotel restaurants or similar environments
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to work under pressure during busy service periods
- knowledge of cost control and inventory management
- exceptional guest service orientation
- proficient in coordinating with multiple departments

- At least seven years of food and beverage management experience
- experience in luxury hotel restaurants or acclaimed culinary settings
- strong leadership and team development skills
- proven ability to manage fast-paced, detail-driven environments

Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel restaurant
- manage inventory and scheduling efficiently
- develop and lead a high-performing team through coaching and training
- control costs and maintain financial performance
- foster strong communication across kitchen, bar, and hotel leadership
- support staff on the floor during service and events
- build relationships with VIP guests and stakeholders
