Job Requirements

  • Seven years of relevant food and beverage management experience
  • experience working in high-end hotel restaurants or similar environments
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work under pressure during busy service periods
  • knowledge of cost control and inventory management
  • exceptional guest service orientation
  • proficient in coordinating with multiple departments

Job Qualifications

  • At least seven years of food and beverage management experience
  • experience in luxury hotel restaurants or acclaimed culinary settings
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • proven ability to manage fast-paced, detail-driven environments
  • excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • ability to balance hospitality with business objectives

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel restaurant
  • manage inventory and scheduling efficiently
  • develop and lead a high-performing team through coaching and training
  • control costs and maintain financial performance
  • foster strong communication across kitchen, bar, and hotel leadership
  • support staff on the floor during service and events
  • build relationships with VIP guests and stakeholders
