Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Basic computer literacy
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work part-time hours including evenings and weekends

- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with members and guests
- Ability to work flexible part-time shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Welcoming members and guests with a warm smile using their names and expressing gratitude for their patronage
- Asking questions using active listening and providing facility tours to help prospective members find the perfect membership and program options
- Utilizing operations software for member check-ins program and membership registration and payment processing
- Building relationships with members fostering connections within the YMCA community
- Staying knowledgeable about all YMCA and Family Wellness programs and services to assist members effectively
- Handling membership and safety concerns addressing any issues promptly and appropriately
