Job Requirements
- Age 18 or older
- Ability to work part-time, year-round
- Ability to maintain guest information securely
- Ability to check guests in and out and sell tickets
- Ability to solve guest concerns professionally
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff and management
- Ability to comply with Cedar Fair Safety Guidelines
- Ability to meet attendance requirements
- Ability to pass drug and background checks as required
Job Qualifications
- Charismatic attitude
- Ability to learn and use the hotel Property Management System (Opera)
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to pass a mandatory or random drug test per company policy unless prohibited by law
- Ability to pass a background check if 18 years or older
Job Duties
- Maintain guest information including credit card information in a secure and confidential manner
- Check guests into and out of the hotel
- Sell tickets and answer guest questions
- Solve guest related concerns in a positive and professional manner
- Maintain open communication with other shifts and the Front Office Manager
- Provide guest service according to Cedar Fair standards
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned work area
- Perform all duties in compliance with Cedar Fair Safety Guidelines
- Meet Cedar Fair attendance requirements
- Other duties may be assigned
