Job Requirements
- Six months of restaurant service experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club
- Applicant must complete a pre-employment background check
- Must be available for summer employment from June to September
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must have excellent customer service skills
Job Qualifications

- Able to provide excellent customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Reliable and punctual
- Knowledge of food safety standards
Job Duties
- Responsible for following all Food and Beverage standard operating procedures
- Following all Food and Beverage sequence of service standards to include greeting customers, setting up the dining areas, taking and placing orders, carrying trays and plates, serving food and beverages, cleaning and clearing tables
- Performing opening and closing duties as assigned by management
