Job Requirements

  • three months of bartender experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club
  • successful completion of pre-employment background check
  • age 21 or older per Montana state law
  • ability to lift 50 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • three months of bartender experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club
  • ability to provide excellent customer service
  • knowledge of drink mixing and bar operations
  • strong communication skills
  • attention to detail
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • mixing and serving drinks to members and guests
  • taking and placing guest orders
  • serving food and beverages
  • cleaning glasses and bar equipment
  • ensuring the bar and work areas are clean and well-stocked
  • working alongside the Director of Beverage, Restaurant Manager, and Sommeliers to enhance knowledge of wine and mixed drinks
