Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years experience operating forklifts
- Experience operating yard spotter or tractor preferred
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform light maintenance
- Experience operating loaders, skid steers, or similar equipment preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated
- Ability to follow direction and work independently

Job Duties
- Mow and maintain all grass and landscaped areas
- Perform weed control including weed whipping, edging, spraying as needed
- Pick up trash and debris throughout yard and property
- Clean and maintain storm drains and water runoff areas
- Assist with painting projects including curbs, railings, safety markings, buildings
- Maintain organized storage areas and staging zones
- Ensure exterior areas meet safety and environmental standards
- Operate yard spotter to move trailers safely within the yard
- Stage trailers for loading/unloading operations
- Move equipment as directed by management
- Maintain organized traffic flow within yard
- Assist with scale area cleanliness when needed
- Operate forklift safely and efficiently
- Operate tractor for grounds maintenance and yard tasks
- Wash trucks, trailers, and mobile equipment
- Perform basic maintenance on front-end loaders, skid steers, and forklifts
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report deficiencies
- Perform light preventative maintenance including fluid checks, greasing, cleaning, basic repairs
