Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to safely operate or learn to operate equipment such as tractors, skid steers or forklifts
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Job Duties
- Move equipment around the yard and between locations as directed
- Assist with loading and unloading equipment and attachments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard and lot area
- Wash, fuel, and stage equipment as needed
- Perform basic inspections and report any visible damage or issues
- Support sales and service teams with general yard and operational tasks
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
