Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience leading a team in a marina boatyard environment
- Marina and boat yard experience preferred
- CDL-A licensure a plus
- Rhode Island hoisting license a plus
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with leadership
- Commitment to customer service and providing a positive experience for customers
- Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Physical capability to perform duties including standing, walking, climbing, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Adherence to safety regulations and use of protective equipment

Job Duties
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the yard ensuring efficient and safe processes
- Supervise the yard associates providing guidance and support as needed
- Train new yard associates on yard procedures and safety protocols
- Work with the Service Operations Manager to provide insight for budgets and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Develop short and long-term plans for vessel movements and storage
- Maintain and monitor all equipment and facilities ensuring efficient use of resources
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
- Foster a harassment-free workplace and address any human resources concerns promptly
- Intervene on customer services issues and complaints as needed
- Perform other duties assigned by the Service Operations Manager and leadership team
