Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred
- Some experience and/or training in repair of mechanical equipment preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Ability to perform basic math skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- General mechanical aptitude
- Safety focus
- Physical ability to bend, squat, crouch, reach, lift 50 pounds or more, and work indoors/outdoors
- Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred
- Some experience or training in mechanical equipment repair preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers both orally and in writing
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- General mechanical aptitude
- Safety-focused mindset
- Bilingual abilities may be required depending on location needs
Job Duties
- Station and retrieve equipment on the yard property
- Maintain and follow a written maintenance schedule for equipment
- Service equipment to meet required specifications
- Inspect equipment before and after rental to document lost or damaged items
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Perform basic math calculations as needed
- Uphold safety standards at all times
