Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience with construction and industrial tools preferred
- Some mechanical repair experience or training preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Basic math skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- Willingness to work indoors and outdoors

- Ability to work full-time
- Bilingual skills may be required based on location needs

Job Duties
- Station and retrieve equipment on location property
- Maintain written maintenance schedule and service equipment
- Inspect equipment before and after rental to document any damage or loss
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Follow safety protocols and procedures
- Assist in equipment organization and yard upkeep
- Support advancement opportunities into mechanic, driver, or customer service roles
