Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience with construction and industrial tools
- Some mechanical repair experience or training
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Basic math competency
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- Willingness to work indoors and outdoors
- Safety-oriented
- Bilingual skills may be required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred
- Some experience or training in mechanical equipment repair preferred
- Effective communication skills both written and oral
- Basic math skills for calculations
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- General mechanical aptitude
- Safety-focused mindset
- Bilingual skills (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs
Job Duties
- Station and retrieve equipment on the location's property
- Maintain a written maintenance schedule for equipment
- Service equipment as necessary to ensure compliance with specifications
- Inspect equipment before and after rental to document lost or damaged items
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding equipment status
- Perform basic mechanical repairs and maintenance
- Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures
