Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred
- some experience and/or training in repair of mechanical equipment preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with customers
- ability to perform basic math skills
- working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- general mechanical aptitude
- safety-focused
- bilingual may be required based on location needs
- ability to bend, squat, crouch, reach, and lift 50 pounds or more
- ability to work indoors and outdoors as required

Job Duties
- Station and retrieve equipment on site
- maintain written equipment maintenance schedules
- service equipment as necessary to meet specifications
- inspect equipment before and after rental for loss or damage
- communicate effectively with customers
- lift and maneuver equipment safely
- comply with safety policies and procedures
