Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred
- Some experience or training in mechanical equipment repair preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers in written and oral forms
- Ability to perform basic math operations
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- General mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- Willingness to work indoors and outdoors as required
- Safety-focused approach
- Bilingual skills may be required based on location needs

Job Duties
- Station and retrieve equipment on the location's property
- Maintain a written maintenance schedule for equipment
- Service equipment as necessary to meet specifications
- Inspect equipment before and after rental to document loss or damage
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Perform basic math calculations related to daily tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safety-focused work environment
