Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- experience with construction and industrial tools
- basic mechanical repair skills
- ability to communicate effectively
- basic math skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- physical ability to bend, squat, lift 50 pounds or more
- willingness to work indoors and outdoors
- safety-conscious mindset

Job Duties
- station and retrieve equipment on location's property
- maintain a written maintenance schedule
- service equipment to ensure it meets specifications
- inspect equipment before and after rentals to document lost or damaged items
- communicate effectively with customers
- perform basic math calculations
- adhere to safety protocols and procedures
