Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience with construction and industrial tools preferred
- Some experience or training in repair of mechanical equipment preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally
- Basic math skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- General mechanical aptitude
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting 50 pounds, bending, squatting, crouching, and reaching
- Willingness to work indoors and outdoors
- Safety-focused approach
- Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location
Job Qualifications

- Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred
- Some experience or training in mechanical equipment repair preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- General mechanical aptitude
- Safety-focused mindset
- Bilingual skills (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs
Job Duties
- Station and retrieve equipment on the location's property
- Maintain and update a written equipment maintenance schedule
- Service equipment to ensure it meets set specifications
- Inspect equipment prior to and after rental to document loss or damage
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and reaching
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safety-focused work environment
