Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- experience with construction and industrial tools preferred
- some mechanical repair training or experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively both written and oral
- basic math skills
- knowledge of Microsoft Office
- physical ability to bend, squat, crouch, reach, and lift 50 pounds or more
- willingness to work indoors and outdoors
- safety-conscious mindset
Job Qualifications

- experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred
- some experience or training in mechanical equipment repair preferred
- ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

- bilingual skills may be required based on location needs
Job Duties
- Station and retrieve equipment on property
- maintain a written maintenance schedule
- service equipment to meet specifications
- inspect equipment before and after rental
- document lost or damaged equipment
- communicate effectively with customers
- follow safety procedures
