Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred
- Some experience or training in repair of mechanical equipment preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Ability to perform basic math skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- General mechanical aptitude
- Ability to bend, squat, crouch, reach, and lift 50 pounds or more
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors when required
- Safety-focused
- Bilingual may be required based on location needs

Job Duties
- Station and retrieve equipment on the location's property
- Maintain a written maintenance schedule
- Service equipment to meet all specifications
- Inspect equipment prior to rental to document any lost or damaged items
- Inspect equipment after rental to document any lost or damaged items
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Perform general mechanical maintenance tasks
