Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience with construction and industrial tools preferred
- Training or experience in mechanical repair preferred
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
- Basic math abilities
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Mechanical aptitude
- Safety-focused mindset
- Physical ability to bend, squat, crouch, reach, and lift 50 pounds or more
- Availability to work indoors and outdoors

Job Qualifications

- Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred
- Some experience or training in mechanical equipment repair preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- General mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work safely and follow safety protocols
- Bilingual skills may be preferred depending on location
Job Duties
- Stationing and retrieving equipment on location property
- Maintaining a written maintenance schedule for equipment
- Servicing equipment to ensure it meets specifications
- Inspecting equipment before and after rental periods for damage or loss
- Documenting any lost or damaged equipment
- Communicating effectively with customers and team members
- Supporting a safety-focused work culture
