Job Requirements

  • at least 2 years of experience in kitchen management
  • demonstrated leadership and verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency in administrative and computer tasks including scheduling, ordering and reporting
  • food safe card such as ServSafe or equivalent
  • ability to prepare and manage several different menus at one time
  • willingness to participate in random drug test consortium
  • compliance with United States Coast Guard safety policies

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years kitchen management experience
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • proficiency in scheduling, ordering, and reporting software
  • food safety certification such as ServSafe
  • ability to manage multiple menus simultaneously
  • experience working in fine dining or luxury hospitality environments

Job Duties

  • manage scheduling and staffing of kitchen crew
  • plan and consult on menus with clients
  • oversee food preparation and ensure quality control
  • maintain sanitation and safety standards in compliance with regulations
  • manage inventory and ordering of supplies
  • lead and train kitchen staff
  • coordinate with United States Coast Guard for safety inspections
