Job Requirements
- minimum 6 months food service experience preferred
- minimum 6 months hospitality experience with knowledge of food wine and spirits
- 21 years or older
- food handler certification required
- must be able to obtain a TWIC
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- experience with a point of service POS system
- flexible schedule to work day evening weekend and holiday shifts

Job Duties
- attentive service for champagne brunch buffet cocktail receptions plated meal service and more
- navigate stairs while carrying trays of food
- dining room set-up restock and clean during each shift
- perform all duties efficiently in the time allotted
- work and collaborate with vessel operations crew and kitchen team to satisfy 100 percent of our guests
- collect money accurately make change and accurately input into POS
- serve guests and fill server orders quickly and courteously
- check IDs in accordance with beverage guidelines
- diplomatically handle difficult customer service situations while maintaining standards and following applicable liquor laws
- take pride in personal grooming and presentation
- work well with others as a team player
- enjoy beautiful bay views and share knowledge about products and local trivia
- adhere to all safety standards
- perform additional job duties as assigned
