Job Requirements

  • minimum 6 months food service experience preferred
  • minimum 6 months hospitality experience with knowledge of food wine and spirits
  • 21 years or older
  • food handler certification required
  • must be able to obtain a TWIC
  • excellent communication and customer service skills
  • experience with a point of service POS system
  • flexible schedule to work day evening weekend and holiday shifts

Job Duties

  • attentive service for champagne brunch buffet cocktail receptions plated meal service and more
  • navigate stairs while carrying trays of food
  • dining room set-up restock and clean during each shift
  • perform all duties efficiently in the time allotted
  • work and collaborate with vessel operations crew and kitchen team to satisfy 100 percent of our guests
  • collect money accurately make change and accurately input into POS
  • serve guests and fill server orders quickly and courteously
  • check IDs in accordance with beverage guidelines
  • diplomatically handle difficult customer service situations while maintaining standards and following applicable liquor laws
  • take pride in personal grooming and presentation
  • work well with others as a team player
  • enjoy beautiful bay views and share knowledge about products and local trivia
  • adhere to all safety standards
  • perform additional job duties as assigned
