Job Requirements
- Three years diploma or bachelor’s degree in hotel management
- minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a 5-star or full-service hotel
- positive attitude and good communication skills
- commitment to high-level customer service
- flexibility to respond to various work situations
- ability to work independently
- proficiency in MS Office
- proficiency in Agilisys (POS) and Opera Cloud (PMS) preferred
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- capability to walk and stand for extended periods
- good reaching, handling, talking, hearing, and seeing abilities

Job Duties
- Welcome and bid farewell guests in a professional and pleasant manner
- provide assistance during guests' stay
- demonstrate general knowledge about The Boca Raton
- perform administrative operations as needed
- care for all room guests and coordinate with concerned departments to fulfill guest needs and requests
- be knowledgeable about room service and communicate with kitchen regarding menu questions and product availability
- understand housekeeping procedures and assist room attendants
- update hotel software with guest preferences and profile information
- follow all guest needs until total satisfaction is achieved
- conduct in-room check-in efficiently and liaise with bellmen for luggage delivery
- manage guest requests liaising with laundry, wake-up calls, spa bookings, concierge, and special requests
- perform hotel software operations including check-ins, check-outs, profile updates, room reservations, payments, billing verification, room key activation
- support front desk, housekeeping, and room service departments with their duties
