Job Requirements

  • Ability to navigate electronic devices such as computers, fax machines, printers, and timeclock
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Capable of processing information in a timely manner
  • Must be physically fit to perform duties involving standing, lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling
  • Able to repetitively lift up to 70 pounds in confined spaces
  • Willing to work outside in all weather conditions with exposure to loud noises
  • Flexible availability to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous ramp or airline experience
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Proficient in English speaking, reading, and writing
  • Knowledge of commercial aviation issues
  • Understanding of GSE maintenance
  • Ability to complete and maintain required training and certifications
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to clear FBI fingerprint background check

Job Duties

  • Organize warehouse and storage facilities
  • Arrange warehouse handling equipment
  • Load and unload air cargo
  • Ensure cargo agents wear personal protective equipment and adhere to uniform standards
  • Provide input on operational improvements and efficiencies
  • Report flight delays and performance issues to leadership
  • Address security-related issues and conduct meetings
  • Perform cargo transport between terminals and aircraft
  • Prepare and palletize cargo
  • Complete cargo documents and forms accurately
  • Operate related equipment safely
  • Comply with dangerous goods regulations
  • Follow company SOPs and policies
  • Perform pick-up and delivery of cargo
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
