  • Must possess and maintain a valid US state driver’s license

  • Must be flexible to work all shifts and be available 7 days a week including holidays and weekends
  • Previous service or operational experience required
  • Previous supervisory experience required
  • College degree or equivalent work experience required

Job Duties

  • Responsible for day-to-day operational and financial performance of assigned station
  • Ensures compliance with safety requirements including security checkpoint and GSC responsibilities
  • Sets a positive example for the station team to ensure excellent customer service
  • Maintains a positive work environment and strong employee relations
  • Solicits customer feedback to understand needs and improve travel experience
  • Demonstrates a calm demeanor during high volume or irregular operations
  • Provides coaching and direction to the station team
  • Manages operations budget, staffing forecasts and resource requirements
  • Maintains station facilities, equipment, and professional appearance standards
  • Ensures compliance with Station controls and Internal Audit standards
  • Maintains strong relationships with airline, airport authorities, vendors, and governmental agencies
  • Manages vendor service contracts as required
  • Performs other duties as assigned
