Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage with guests and coworkers professionally
- Must obtain and maintain any required certifications such as Alcohol Awareness, Food Handler’s Card as per state regulations

Job Duties
- Create warm, memorable dining moments by greeting guests with a smile, taking accurate orders, and making sure every need is met from start to finish
- Know the menu inside and out including ingredients, dietary needs, daily specials, and alcohol service guidelines
- Deliver food and drinks quickly and flawlessly with attention to detail to keep orders spot-on and guests happy
- Juggle multiple tables with ease while keeping service smooth, spaces clean, and maintaining composure in high-pressure moments
- Handle transactions with precision, close checks confidently, and follow all company and security protocols
- Keep the service area spotless and safe by following hygiene regulations and certification standards
- Stay energized and on your feet with strength and endurance throughout your shift
