Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of progressive culinary experience or a culinary graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field
  • Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
  • Food Handlers Certification required must comply with State requirements
  • Able to work effectively under pressure maintaining composure while quickly evaluating situations and determining the best course of action
  • A strong communicator who listens actively to understand concerns raised by coworkers and guests and effectively conveys ideas and solutions

Job Qualifications

  • Take initiative by anticipating needs and acting before issues arise keeping service seamless
  • Manage time wisely to ensure food preparation and service are prompt and on point
