Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of progressive culinary experience or a culinary graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field
- Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
- Food Handlers Certification required must comply with State requirements
- Able to work effectively under pressure maintaining composure while quickly evaluating situations and determining the best course of action
- A strong communicator who listens actively to understand concerns raised by coworkers and guests and effectively conveys ideas and solutions

- Keep the kitchen spotless and well-organized always meeting sanitation and safety standards
- Take initiative by anticipating needs and acting before issues arise keeping service seamless
- Manage time wisely to ensure food preparation and service are prompt and on point
