Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a related field
- Prior management experience
- Experience working in a hotel or related field
- Trade license preferred
- Availability to work onsite at Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown

Job Duties
- Direct and supervise the maintenance staff overseeing the maintenance of buildings and grounds
- Apply extensive experience in engineering maintenance and related fields to ensure efficient operations
- Evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately handling problems effectively in high-pressure situations
- Convey information and ideas clearly and effectively listen to and understand issues raised by co-workers and guests
- Work with and understand financial information and data including basic arithmetic functions to support maintenance operations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for maintenance requests schedule maintenance and ensure compliance with regulations
