Job Requirements

  • Minimum six months of relevant experience in food and beverage customer service including cash handling
  • Availability primarily during daylight hours with flexibility to cover other shifts
  • Friendly and customer-focused demeanor
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States

  • Previous barista experience is a major plus

  • Create exceptional beverages with precision and artistry, following standard operating procedures to deliver consistent and high-quality products
  • Respond to guest requests with urgency and genuine warmth, ensuring satisfaction and fostering customer loyalty
  • Maintain organized work areas and optimize workflow to maximize productivity during peak hours without compromising quality
  • Handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity, manage deposits effectively
  • Perform pre- and post-shift responsibilities including stocking and preparing service stations for smooth operations
  • Represent the hotel with professionalism and enthusiasm, maintaining high standards of appearance and customer interaction
