Job Requirements

  • Ability to interact with guests and staff in a busy and dynamic environment
  • Able to carry and move items weighing up to 20 pounds
  • Must be able to bend, twist, lift and stand for the shift worked
  • Must be able to provide exceptional guest service
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized under pressure

Job Duties

  • Set up, maintain and replenish food and beverage offerings including breakfast, snacks and evening hors d'oeuvres
  • Assist guests with special requests such as restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, tour bookings and providing local area information
  • Offer guests information about hotel services, amenities and local attractions
  • Arrange tables and seating areas to create a welcoming environment
  • Ensure the work area is clean and organized
  • Manage inventory and restock supplies as necessary
  • Ensure equipment is properly maintained
  • Always provides the highest quality of service to guests
  • Perform all other duties as deemed necessary by management
