Job Requirements
- Ability to interact with guests and staff in a busy and dynamic environment
- Able to carry and move items weighing up to 20 pounds
- Must be able to bend, twist, lift and stand for the shift worked
- Must be able to provide exceptional guest service
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- Ability to multi-task and stay organized under pressure
Job Duties
- Set up, maintain and replenish food and beverage offerings including breakfast, snacks and evening hors d'oeuvres
- Assist guests with special requests such as restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, tour bookings and providing local area information
- Offer guests information about hotel services, amenities and local attractions
- Arrange tables and seating areas to create a welcoming environment
- Ensure the work area is clean and organized
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as necessary
- Ensure equipment is properly maintained
- Always provides the highest quality of service to guests
- Perform all other duties as deemed necessary by management
