Job Requirements

  • Ability to interact with guests and staff in a busy and dynamic environment
  • Able to carry and move items weighing up to 20 pounds
  • Must be able to bend twist lift and stand for the shift worked
  • Must be able to provide exceptional guest service

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional guest service
  • Knowledge of local area attractions and hotel amenities beneficial
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Basic food and beverage knowledge
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Set up maintain and replenish food and beverage offerings including breakfast snacks and evening hors d'oeuvres
  • Assist guests with special requests such as restaurant reservations transportation arrangements tour bookings and providing local area information
  • Offer guests information about hotel services amenities and local attractions
  • Arrange tables and seating areas to create a welcoming environment
  • Ensure the work area is clean and organized
  • Manage inventory and restock supplies as necessary
  • Ensure equipment is properly maintained
  • Always provides the highest quality of service to guests
  • Perform all other duties as deemed necessary by management
