Job Requirements
- Ability to interact with guests and staff in a busy and dynamic environment
- Able to carry and move items weighing up to 20 pounds
- Must be able to bend twist lift and stand for the shift worked
- Must be able to provide exceptional guest service
Job Qualifications
- Experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide exceptional guest service
- Knowledge of local area attractions and hotel amenities beneficial
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic food and beverage knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Set up maintain and replenish food and beverage offerings including breakfast snacks and evening hors d'oeuvres
- Assist guests with special requests such as restaurant reservations transportation arrangements tour bookings and providing local area information
- Offer guests information about hotel services amenities and local attractions
- Arrange tables and seating areas to create a welcoming environment
- Ensure the work area is clean and organized
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as necessary
- Ensure equipment is properly maintained
- Always provides the highest quality of service to guests
- Perform all other duties as deemed necessary by management
