Great written and oral communications skills
Detail oriented and organized
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

Prepare and bake donuts bagels and other baked goods according to Dunkin' quality standards
Ensure proper dough preparation proofing frying and finishing techniques
Maintain and manage ingredient inventory ensuring freshness and stock levels
Follow all safety sanitation and food handling procedures
Keep the baking area clean organized and running efficiently
Work collaboratively with team members to meet demand and maintain a smooth workflow
Assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed
