Job Duties
- Warmly welcome and assist visitors, guests, and employees
- address needs with attentive problem-solving and a positive presence
- serve as the primary contact for all facility-related requests, meetings, and events
- generate and distribute status reports, videos, and planning documents for the Plant Manager
- manage the Plant Manager’s calendar, reports and project support
- organize Operations Staff meetings, including scheduling, notetaking, and follow-up
- coordinate travel logistics including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for leadership
- oversee office supplies, camera monitoring, mail delivery, and other front office activities
- manage communication channels, data entry, filing, and general company email
- coordinate office equipment services and maintain office supply levels
- partner with HR and leadership to implement recognition programs
- manage merchandise sales and supply inventory
- greet and assist interview candidates with assessments and interviews
- collaborate with cross functional teams to support internal events and employee engagement
