Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in workplace, facilities management, or events
  • College degree preferred
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to efficiently handle time and projects independently
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite

Job Duties

  • Own day-to-day operations of the office including ordering office supplies, submitting building request tickets, ensuring cleanliness of space, and maintaining high standards
  • Serve as main point-of-contact for onsite vendors, third parties, and contractors while coordinating with internal teams and managing a master calendar
  • Provide day-to-day support for in-office events and operational services, including supporting Zillow's zRetreats and team gatherings
  • Manage onsite services such as maintenance, mail, janitorial, and building services
  • Act as Tier 1 AV support for Zoom devices, troubleshooting and escalating as needed
  • Partner with Internal Gatherings Coordinators to fulfill event supply requests, set up and reset rooms, and coordinate catering communications
  • Provide day-of-event support, handling attendee requests, confirming room setups, and ensuring cleanliness
  • Provide remote support for coworking locations in Kansas City and Chicago with willingness to travel
  • Participate in health and safety programs including Fire Warden and First Aid/AED duties
