- 3+ years of relevant event and facility management experience

Job Duties
- Coordinate on-site food vendor and manage any issues that arise
- ensure kitchens are stocked, organized, and functional
- ensure seamless and safe visitor experience from arrival to departure
- maintain office and garage ambiance with plants, furniture, decorations, and organization for flow
- create and support workplace events, partnering with vendors for menus and special experiences
- assist in space planning and communicate moves to relevant parties
- collaborate with backend teams and IT for smooth daily operations
- manage external vendors, ensuring quality and cost efficiency
- develop and update process documentation and SOPs
- initiate and manage workplace projects and ticket resolution
