Job Requirements
- Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- High school diploma or GED
- Three or more years of related work experience
- Ability to work standing or walking for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs frequently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to follow security and emergency protocols
- Ability to work occasional shifts as required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of three years of job-related experience
- Prior shift leader or supervisory experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to explain complex or detailed information clearly
- Experienced in performance coaching, mentoring, and retention strategies preferred
- Knowledge of workplace processes and procedures
- Intermediate to advanced problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Greet employees and visitors as the first point of contact
- Issue visitor and parking passes while following security protocols
- Escort visitors to designated locations within the building
- Answer telephone calls professionally and courteously
- Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities for employees and guests
- Manage janitorial and maintenance work orders and coordinate with vendors or staff
- Escalate inquiries or complaints as necessary to appropriate parties
- Support team with office supply management, meeting coordination, and equipment care
- Create customized client materials adhering to brand guidelines
- Follow security and emergency procedures specific to property
- Solve typical and atypical problems independently
- Evaluate and select solutions from established options
- Maintain quality service delivery to impact team positively
- Follow standardized procedures with moderate supervision
