Job Requirements

  • HS diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Currently authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
  • Minimum 8 years related experience
  • At least 3 years management or supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to comprehend and analyze complex business documents
  • Effective communication skills including report writing and presentations
  • Comfortable engaging with diverse groups and new people
  • Warm, engaging demeanor with empathy
  • High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and urgency in issue resolution
  • In-depth knowledge of financial principles and budgeting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital technologies
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
  • Strong problem-solving skills and independence
  • Physical ability to perform work including walking, standing, lifting up to 40 lbs
  • Commitment to safety and HSE standards

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant vocational training preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience with at least 3 years in management or supervisory roles
  • Prior supervisory and customer service experience highly preferred
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and modern digital tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to write reports and deliver presentations
  • Experience managing large teams and multi-site portfolios

Job Duties

  • Drive consistent, quality service through supervision of employees and third parties
  • Manage operations for concierge, reception, room management, AV support, event management, food services, parking, shuttle programs, document services, workplace onboarding
  • Provide leadership and direction on talent recruitment, performance management, employee engagement and development
  • Create and manage the Experience Services operating budget and implement cost-saving strategies
  • Negotiate with clients, partners, and associates to resolve conflicts and exceed expectations
  • Ensure safety standards and compliance across all service delivery
  • Collaborate with IT teams on technology, training needs and implementation
  • Maintain vendor relationships and ensure contractual compliance
  • Develop workplace orientation materials and deliver employee onboarding
  • Deliver Service Business Continuity plans and conduct testing
  • Manage large third-party vendor programs such as food and transportation
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
