Job Duties

  • Greet employees and announce clients&comma
  • applicants&comma
  • and visitors
  • conduct guest registration through badging software
  • arrange escorts as needed
  • issue visitor passes and validate parking
  • receive and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel and voicemail
  • assist with scheduling and preparing meeting and conference rooms
  • coordinate setup of conference/meeting rooms and organize and secure meeting equipment
  • arrange video and/or web conferencing
  • coordinate catering for meetings and events including pricing and menu negotiation
  • secure approvals for catering expenses and review invoices
  • perform general clerical duties such as distributing packages and mail
  • use tracking systems for courier&comma
  • freight and mail
  • follow location security procedures for inbound deliveries
  • handle procurement of office supplies and regularly used items
  • maintain neat appearance of reception area&comma
  • conference rooms&comma
  • cafeteria and common areas
  • request building and housekeeping services as needed
  • maintain records and logs of service requests
  • maintain files of services including transportation and accommodations
  • arrange convenience/hospitality services for guests
  • perform other assigned duties
