Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Up to 2 years of job-related experience
  • Prior experience in hospitality or front desk reception in a corporate environment
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
  • Basic math skills including percentages discounts and markups
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future

Job Duties

  • Manage front desk and administrative duties serving as first point of contact for visitors and vendors
  • Provide exceptional customer service fostering a welcoming and professional environment
  • Greet clients applicants and visitors issue visitor passes and parking validations and follow security protocols
  • Receive and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel and voicemail
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Conduct regular office walkthroughs addressing maintenance restocking or janitorial issues
  • Submit work orders promptly for repairs or facility services
  • Manage office supply inventory including ordering stocking and ensuring adequate supplies
  • Perform clerical duties including distributing faxes and packages and ordering office supplies
  • Schedule prepare and setup meeting and conference rooms including catering orders and equipment
  • Manage meeting room calendar coordinating bookings and resolving conflicts
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite for administrative tasks
  • Track incoming and outgoing packages mail and freight and arrange messenger services
  • Arrange hospitality services for guests such as transportation tickets and reservations
  • Follow defined procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion
