Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 plus years of management experience
  • 5 plus years of work experience in hospitality services including hotel management conference center services food services etc
  • Residency near Mountain View CA
  • Ability to travel up to 20 percent between sites

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 plus years in workplace experience corporate events internal communications or brand activation
  • Proven experience managing visual merchandising or internal branding projects
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including copywriting for internal marketing
  • Proficiency in project management and calendar scheduling tools

Job Duties

  • Define develop and maintain standards for exceptional branded employee experience across office sites
  • Hire manage and provide operational oversight for office reception teams
  • Oversee selection maintenance and quality of workplace amenities such as wellness rooms game areas and collaboration tools
  • Manage end-to-end process for all workplace signage including approvals and digital mapping
  • Own strategy and execution of internal poster program coordinating content creation printing installation and rotation
  • Manage internal swag program including inventory control procurement design input and distribution
  • Lead marketing and communication strategy for workplace initiatives utilizing channels like email internal chat and digital displays
  • Create maintain and publish monthly calendars detailing workplace programs events and activations
