  • experience in fast-growing, fast-changing tech companies a strong plus

Job Duties

  • Create an amazing daily experience for our NYC WRITER colleagues and their guests
  • manage inventory to ensure the office is well equipped with snacks, beverages, supplies
  • maintain NYC office budget and ensure financial stewardship and high ROI for our spend
  • organize and support internal and external company events and meetings including new hire onboarding and weekly global All Hands
  • own space and capacity planning and continually enhance office layout and seating plan
  • manage mail, shipping and receiving, and other office logistics
  • work with property management and vendors for various services, repairs and support
  • create office policies and processes to drive efficiency and better employee experiences
