Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring
  • Ability to guide exchange of sensitive and difficult information
  • Strong leadership skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Extensive organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook

Job Duties

  • Provide formal supervision to employees
  • Monitor the training and development of staff
  • Conduct performance evaluations and coaching
  • Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees
  • Coordinate and manage the team’s daily activities
  • Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff
  • Build and maintain a trusted client relationship
  • Negotiate with clients, partners, and associates to resolve conflicting priorities
  • Suggest process improvement efforts on a regular basis
  • Assist with developing strategic solutions
  • Assess technological and training needs for Workplace Experience teams and clients
  • Always follow safety standards with employees, clients, and vendors
  • Develop vendor partnerships with cost-saving intentions
  • Manage negotiations for contract services
  • Confirm all vendors have current proof of insurance and contracts
  • Oversee programs run by third-party vendors including food delivery, event organization, transportation, and mail distribution
  • Ensure billing accuracy for business services
  • Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues
